In Energy Conservation
We have made significant reductions in energy consumption through the installation of improved lighting and heating methods. The installation of higher efficiency fluorescent lighting has resulted in a 52 percent reduction in electrical usage, and the installation of a radiant heat system has significantly improved our ability to heat more effectively. Additionally, a new scrap/waste system allows warm air to re-circulate throughout the building while time-controlled exhaust fans reduce heat loss. These significant changes have reduced our heat usage by 30 percent.
